Returns and RMA
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 60 days of the ship date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any item; returns without an RMA cannot be accepted. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method less a 15% restocking fee.
Opened ink
Opened or unsealed ink cannot be returned for refund or credit, regardless of quantity used, due to product shelf life.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, an RMA request, and photos. We will replace a confirmed defective item at no cost to you; if replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund or credit.
Limited warranty
We warrant that products conform to their stated specifications at the time of shipment. If a product fails to conform, our sole obligation is to replace the non-conforming product upon return or, at our discretion, to refund the purchase price. Except as expressly stated, products are provided as is.
