1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
2. About Our Products (Aftermarket)
The ink and supplies sold here are aftermarket products designed to work with the printer models identified on each product page. They are not manufactured by or affiliated with the printer’s manufacturer. Printer brand names and model names are used solely to identify compatibility.
3. Trademarks
HP, Latex, Scitex, Roland, TrueVIS, and related names and marks are the trademarks of their respective owners, used on this site solely to identify printer compatibility. Large Format Printers Florida is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.
4. Your Printer Warranty (Magnuson-Moss)
Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer generally may not condition its warranty coverage on the use of its own brand consumables unless those consumables are provided free of charge. This is a general statement of law and not a promise regarding any particular printer’s warranty; consult your printer’s warranty for its specific terms.
5. Product Information and Pricing
We work to display descriptions, images, and prices accurately, but errors may occur and on-screen colors may vary. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order is placed; if a price is corrected after you order, we will notify you and let you proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Orders and Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities. Your card is charged at the time the order is accepted.
7. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is added where required by law. Tax-exempt or resale-certificate customers should contact us before ordering so we can apply the exemption.
8. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by Large Format Printers Florida. Free shipping is available on all product orders shipped to addresses in the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, with no minimum purchase requirement. We do not currently ship internationally.
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
9. Returns and RMA
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 60 days of the ship date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any item; returns without an RMA cannot be accepted. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method less a 15% restocking fee. Opened or unsealed ink cannot be returned for refund or credit regardless of quantity used, due to product shelf life.
10. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, an RMA request, and photos. We will replace a confirmed defective item at no cost to you; if replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund or credit.
11. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
We warrant that products conform to their stated specifications at the time of shipment. If a product fails to conform, our sole obligation is to replace the non-conforming product upon return, or at our discretion to refund the purchase price. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED AS IS, AND LARGE FORMAT PRINTERS FLORIDA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Large Format Printers Florida is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or damage to equipment. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. You assume responsibility for confirming a product’s suitability for your printer before use.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Large Format Printers Florida regarding your purchase.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier disruptions, carrier delays, or acts of nature.
16. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
